Precision Engineering has a separate section for gear manufacturing. This unit is equipped with all types of gear cutting machines specially for 'Oerlikon' and 'Gleason' types gears which are unique in gear production in the UAE.

We have the facilities to cut all types of standard / non standard gears as well as gears with special tooth profiles.

We manufacture Spur, Helical, Skew, Straight Bevel, Spiral Bevel, Hypoid Gears, Worm & Worm Wheels and chain sprocket wheels up to 4.5 Mtr. in diameter and 500mm thickness.

Rebuilding and re-machining of gear wheels up to diameter of 6.5 Mtr. can be done with the facilities available.

All gear cutting machines are operated by skilled and experienced operators under the supervision of qualified foremen.
